From buying traffic across dozens of ad networks to full systematic marketing. I'd long been waiting for the AI leap — and when it came, I built a model where one operator, backed by systems, covers the work of a whole team.
Where it starts
Early on, I did the unglamorous work: buying traffic. As a senior media buyer I scaled campaigns across 25+ ad networks and 60+ partners, pushing ROI up 2.5× in six months. Arbitrage teaches you one brutal lesson fast — a number either pays back or it doesn't, and no amount of storytelling changes it.
At its peak that added up to $6M+ in revenue on media buying — and I learned firsthand how money really moves through the ad ecosystem, not the pitch-deck version. That's where the discipline comes from: a number either pays back or it doesn't.

The turn
So I removed the layer entirely. No account managers, no relay, no floor of salaries priced into a retainer. Instead of hiring a team, I built one out of systems: automation, clean data, AI agents and a documented stack that does the repetitive work — and doesn't get sick, quit or forget the context of your account.
That is the whole model: one accountable operator on your funnel, from the strategy call to daily optimization, with the full margin going into the work instead of overhead. Fewer clients, deeper work, real ownership.
A selection from 15+ years across ad networks, SaaS, services and Web3.
Life in flow
What drives me is the game itself — keeping a finger on the pulse, watching the numbers climb, building a system that just works. That's why I do this easily and with genuine pleasure, not on willpower.
No open-plan theatre, no meetings about meetings. Just interesting work, clear numbers and the freedom to run them from anywhere. I love what I do — and it shows in the result.
And for the record: I don't work for an AI yet — though, let's be honest, that's probably a matter of time. Sooner or later we'll all be on some AI's team.

Where it is now
Today I run performance marketing, HubSpot and automation for a deliberately small number of B2B and services clients — as a certified HubSpot Solutions Partner. The same person you meet on the call is the person doing the work. Always.
Book a 30-minute strategy call, or send a 2-minute brief first. Either way you leave with a clear next step.
